Wow...my blog xi koh liao ~long time didn't update my blog ,miss my bikini girl friend ..haha..don't jealous ya.

PipopiPopiPo~~~~~~Haha,i went to st.john hq on yesterday for the formation of ERU,this event quiet specially for me.Yesterday I reach HQ around 7++ because they all say wan breakfast lo ..then i reach there early mana tau malaysian people always late wan't..biasa la itu ,we having breakfast at beside hq LOtus restoran,Choong Vern,Kee Lyn,Swee Wai See ting,Hee Hian,Pck,Li Hong we all makan sama-sama sarapan nya!!!then we having the breakfast 1hrs++ because the event havent start we no want back to hq ,if not we sure kena jadi kuli of st.john again...haha!!Few hours havent ago pn.chwa was chasing us back to hq to help out,then we only back to there...go there also nothing to do then we just lepak there,see leng lui and take photo lo..hehe!!!!!Then we also have a raptai a while ,nabei during footdrill really want die is too Hotttttttt..really stupid ask me kawat during 9++ very hot u know ,We start the ceremony at 10.30am ,is very very hot lei~~finally untill 11someting YB Rooney Liu and Dato Low is coming ~thanks god ...why you no wan come early ,you know i macam kena Bakar sampai Babi liao ,when you come don't talk so much speech la ,pay money liao go back mah ...talk until my kaki sudah mau patah lei,haiz~but i also need to thanks for you to say us as the angel,because we safe life for public..haha ~WE ARE THE ANGEL !!!Please respect me start form today becuase i'm the Angel to save you hehehe....joking la ..jgn macam ni lah.after finish speech they was start the opening ceremony,then i'm sitting inside ambulance go round the highway with Azmi ...after the event i having a lunch with see ting,chin yong,swee wai,hee hian ,kee lyn ,li hong and chong vern at fruity cake house . I reach house around 2++ then take a bath tidur liao..hehe...

Just Back From Taman Petanian ~~

haha...i just back form taman petanian yesterday ,biasa lah....always go there macam balik Kampung sendiri~hehe..i went there on last Saturday afternoon with sTaj punya budak -budak go there for Pre-Camp of Chinese Society Club their camp is on June School holiday..got Zhi weI,Hui Ling,Say LinG,Chee Chong,yeE Hong ,Cuey San,Zhi Ching another 3 guys i forget their name liao Sorry lo~...we arrive there 1pm ,enter there 2pm .Why you know because of the stupid customer service went to lunch,then we have no choice have to wait at outside until 2pm,during the free time few of them was start playing game ,then i just sitting there and having my lunch Mc Nugget ~thanks for Zhi Wei ta Pao for me .During 2 pm we have going to check -in to our A'Frame 2 star chalet haha...actualy after check-in is plan to Bukit Sapu Tangan mana tau sudah mau hujan,then cancel the plan they continue play the games sitting they and see them play.Around 5++ they was learning for dancing how to going to teach campus during camp,this program i was join them because i like dance ..hehe .Don't see fatty fatty cannot dance a when i dance you all will cry a ,no believe me can ask chee chong how i dance with him ..hahaha!!!After this program we went to bath and having our dinner .Let you guess what is out dinner ????Our dinner is Steamboat haha.can't imagine we makan steamboat inside the jungle lei...after dinner we start another program is Pillow talk haha ..we all sitting there chit chat some of them due to mental probelm talk some yellow tooth who are the person you all know la...wahaha...we talk and talk until 2.15am midnight because of Hui Ling can't sleep so i need to talk with her ,mana tau i'm talking with her ,she sleeping there that time i really wan kick her out haha..but i kesian dia ,she only sleep at beside me..but i told she are dangerous girl ..why ...when you sleeping she will scold n keep kick me ,haiz ~when i wake up early morning feel very pain on my back ...haha..joke only so serious mei !!!!!Early morning me ,zhi wei & hui ling leave there around 7something due to we have go for st.john hq ,so we depart form there to my house take a bath then only go hq,nabei go there really nothing to do for me ,better i sleep at shah alam and swimming then only come back lagi syok !!after we done everything at hq then i fetch zhi wei ,hui ling & joo loong went to Pand B Yo yo ice having my breakfast really hungry until die ~~~~after having Yo Yo ice fetch them back then balik tidur until 6++ ..
Quite fun on this trip...Hopefully they can make this succes.Good LUck----->

Camp is end ,i know some of your is miss me and friends but don't feel sad ...i was organize a small gathering on 4/4/2009 at pulau ketam ,we will staying there 2 days 1 night ,who want to join please let me know as soon as possible ...

don't think pulau ketam as the palia place when you go there sure have a lot memory come back ,that is really !!!!

WelL Done ~thaNks to my deaR committee,trainers ,officer ,YB,reporter,members,parents,i need to thanks a lot people at here because i saw behind me alot people support me as well ,finally ATC was ending i can say bye bye liao haha~i'm free now,now i want to talk at here the story durng ATC 2009 ,nabei alot of story to tell you all,i went there on wednesday night jun hao cm n fetch me around 8 something ,when we reach there just saw Song An,Zhi wei ,Hui ling,,Chee ChonG ~others want sudah keluar makan they all bo liong sim wan ,i also belum makan mah why no wan wait me ,i hungry u know ~T.T....after that we already start plan work for coming ATC,Tn.Chong and Ju Keong are the first visitors in our campsite ...first we going to arrange all the class room for members,work and work until 11 somthing then we only start meeting ,during the meeting the celaka jun hao are first one tertidur want lo,he told me 'I very hungry liao',i also humgry mah,we end the meeting on 1 something .Afther that we continue prepare every things,next plan is me ,song an ,soh wee,jun hao,kuan long,chin hao went to toilet meeting due to we want to plan how members going to bath..hehe.after that we going to operation room do their own jod ,around 2++ i saw my committee still doing their jod prepare every things very teamwork,very freindly ,but only me sleep early,haha..but when they done every things already Jun Hao was asking me wan join them having supper then i just follow nia lo what to do very hungry liao ma,3 ++ still eating you see us got carzy or not ,the nasi lemak and milo ice quite full de,haha after eat i can't sleep anymore because very full ,later on i was bring my note and my Micky Mouse MP3 sitting at chat whit Sze chiet,May Kim,Jia Jun and Kah Loon also during chatting i was make them crazy because why you know ,Kerana i tak sabar-sabar tunggu sampai pukul 6am ..hehe!!!But we really talk until 5am no stop,no sleep,no tired .prefect ....time was going so fast ~5am already all committee are wake up early when that went to toilet also want to fight due to toilet no enough ..haha noisy de committee .
Is time to start our job now ....we don't registration things around 5.45am then security was going out buying the breakfast for us ,i no expect members will come so early start from 6am already got members coming for register ,registration end around 8 something lo ,because of others members coming late lo . But before start the event have few members kena punishment lo ...pity for them .ATC start on 830am then 1st program is introduce my committee ,then give them a briefing lo so,after that was start the footdrill ,trainer is footdrill team lo~on this 1st day they already make me angry make me bo song ,after that i can't tahan one of the footdrill trainer punish members until injures ,when i saw that happens i direct to call chin teik to help me protect members ,really pity for my members ,after that one of the 'tam chiak' officer come already that is Ms.Tan See ting ~when i saw her coming i very happy why you know because she can protect me and help me ,but first things she tell me .....soon hong do you provide breakfast for me i very hungry ???~then i mah told her sorry lo i just have bread only if you want more special de saja ada Roti Kosong ~haha,but she also finish la Kesian dia ~then during the free time me,heng chuan,see ting sitting on canteen at gossip,becuase i really nothing to do during that time my committee all pengsan already they sleeping on operation room because they all very tired,i and chun wei become 2 man show run here run there,lunch time is coming all members gather at canteen waiting for me eat together because members need to wish me first only can eat mah,they can't find me during that time due to camp commander tengah tidur haha....after that i need to start my work again , just half day only i feel tired d,i rasa i sudah tua liao wahaha !!!Is time to bath, when i gather members i told them is time to bath ,'KAMU SEMUA LETIH TAK' ,they was answer 'SGT'!!!then i told them'BARU HARI PERTAMA SUDAH CAKAP LETIH ,I LANSUNG TAK TIDUR PUN TAK RASA LETIH 'actually i very tired but i also want to make them confident mah,bo bian lo i kena tahan also ,then i told them your can go to bath now they feel very happy yeah~~when i say each person can bath 5min only,they become crazy liao ,i know they sure saying me crazy want where got people just bath 5mins finish ,but i also delay the time until 8pm at the night class is Dr.Wong come to teaching ,she also become alot fans during this camp ..thanks Dr.Wong ~after class Heng Chuan have plan some games for members because i saw them very tired already.second day morning i was wake up early due heng chuan was no around so i have to take care of them i feel tired ...but i also want to tahan ,becuase i want to take care of 175 members and committee,start on the second days moring already got members late wake up they no expect i will wake up so early,1st event is morning exercise those are coming late want they have to do exercise,i no punish still early ma,nothing special on 2nd day afternoon ,around 3 something Chin teik was coming already finally he come,2nd midnight we organized a special event for members that is EMERGENCY TRAINING ,we start the event around 2am i know all members are during dreaming ,haha...
all members though this is a serious want mana tau i terbocor the secret so sad ,but some of them still blur blur ..
but success to end this event..because of the oscar winner SZE ChiEt and HUi LinG...they cry like somethings lost ,make until me also want cry together ...haha.3rd days morning heng chuan are the Camp in-charge,so i can sleep late abit ,when i went to toilet i saw members footdrill i can't imaging 1st time i saw members kawat so nice.'GOOD JOD members your can do it '.then around afternoon is time for exam for first aid and foot drill .On the midnight i was no sleep because my members worry they can't pass thier CPR & Choking so i have do a revision for them lo,after done the revision we chit chat at there until 4 something only sleep ,around 5am i only sleep ,last morning i wake up late ,lucky May Kim come to wait me up i saw the time is 6.30am already i'm late that time really very blur ,i just wait up fast fast run out to visual for morning call ,then i saw why no respond want ,after that Kah Loon told me members alr gathers at canteen liao la ,then i feel shy~~~around 8am they was start the CPR exam and Choking ...i'm one pf examiner on CPR on that time ,actually i very sleepy during be the examiner ,at the end PCK come and replace me ,after that i go to change my uniform and prepare for closing ceremony overall ,time is going fast closing ceremony end already ,is time i say bersurai to every one ,when i sound "BERSURAI"i really wan cry out but just tahan until members go back then i just say bye bye see you all next i really miss all the members ~

以前在當地有一對年輕夫婦,妻從未去過雲頂高原他們帶著些許現金上雲頂高原玩去,說也奇怪夫的手氣本來一直很好 從一開始就沒輸過沒想到直過了半夜十二點時反而開始大把大把的輸 直至半夜兩三點時就把一整天贏下來的錢全都輸光了由於輸到連住一晚飯店的錢都沒有夫妻倆只好開夜車下山就開到半山腰的時候車子突然沒油了 那時已是三更半夜,往來幾乎無車,四周也沒住家夫就叫妻好好待在車上 絕對不準下車,夫自己則下車去找救兵妻正好覺得睏 便小睡片刻 也不知道睡了多久醒來時夫竟爾尚未回來雖然驚慌 卻也不敢下車 便一直待在車上 良久妻突然覺得有一件事情很奇怪:她坐在車上 偶爾還是會遠遠的看到有車開下來但每一輛偶爾經過的車 在遠遠的時都還是用很正常的速度行駛,卻在經過她這輛車時就會用很快的速度衝過去 ?然後再用正常的速度繼續行駛 妻越想越怕而且夫也不知去了多久 卻還未回來 .爾後 突有一輛警車出現隔著一段距離的向妻用擴音器廣播要妻速速下車 到他們這輛警車來且絕對不能回頭看一眼,妻很害怕 不知道是發生了什麼事連警車都來向她廣播,當下下了車 往警車走去,並依言不回頭看到了警車一名警員神色慌亂的用力將她拉上車來妻順勢回頭望了一眼 警車快速的疾駛而去就降望了一眼,妻還是看到了..一名身著白衣的青面遼牙的女鬼正坐在妻那輛車頂上,啃咬著一枚人頭...隔天警局去尋夫 在離妻那輛車約兩百公尺處發現了夫的屍體,一具沒有人頭的屍體...這件事在當時似乎鬧的很大,報上還有登出黑白照片好像是其中一名警員拍的,馬來西亞幾乎每一個導遊都知道這個故事也都有著那份刊著黑白照片的剪報.

Under Pressure T.T~~~~

haiz~i was under pressure now ,i heat pressure i heat that ,after the area competition i was become a lot of pressure because i still have 3 more weeks is my ATC~ T.T .I pressure for my work and i more pressure for my ATC .I know no why want give myself so strees ,haiz~siao after ATC i sure go pulau ketam jump the sea and die huhuhuh ,i hopefully my committee can help me do it this camp prefect as well , i always worry disturd them study and their time,i saw them like busy than me ~pity for them especially i wan thanks to sze chiet as the atc sectary ,why i need to thanks to her is even she during the exam also can done her job for me and perfect .And i need to thanks again for my dear atc committee to help me at here ,i really pressure until wan cry it ~

even the camp haven start yet i also need to thanks for your to help me ,thanks~~~aligato~~~gam xia ~~~wunlaletunchi~~~silimashei~~wahaitai..xie xie !!!!!

你步入生命終點，不能走、不能講、不能想、不能吃喝，只能靠呼吸器，就快閉眼長逝，醫生告訴你，只剩最後一次機會， 只給你最後兩小時，回到你以前熟悉的世界，你最想做什麼？至今看到那張照片：闃黑的電影院，一個骨瘦如柴的癌末病人，旁邊一個哭紅雙眼的女兒，和背後一群不斷拭淚的親友，總會一陣鼻酸。他，在生命最後一刻，選擇包下戲院，陪一對兒女和癌症病童，看最後一場電影∼一場悲傷的史瑞克。那天上午，睡夢中被朋友的電話叫醒，她說，有個朋友末期癌症，快死了，中午包下天母美麗華戲院， 陪家人看史瑞克第三集，親友互傳簡訊，希望大家作陪，去看他最後一眼。我趕緊通知攝影，連忙換裝，從木柵搭計程車，花了四百多元飆到天母，見證這段不朽的愛。他，卅八歲，是自營廠牌的男裝業者，就在創業維艱，公司營業額好不容易突破一億元，有天突然腹瀉不止，原本不以為意。身高 一百八十公分 ，體重九十幾公斤的他，就像史瑞克一樣壯，健保卡只用過兩次，都是洗牙，從未生病，唯一例外是當兵時曾檢查Ｂ型肝炎帶原，但不曾有過異狀。 沒想到，到台大醫院檢查，醫師宣判，他已肝癌末期，最多只剩六個月生命，原來他是因為癌細胞太大， 壓迫到胃才腹瀉不止。這個青天霹靂，讓他一夜瘦了 三公斤 ，此後三天不吃、不說，神情呆滯，無法接受上帝開他這個玩笑。「我不偷不搶，認真過每一天，為何死神選上我？而不是那些壞人？」嬌小的太太，更是傷悲。事事依賴老公的她，就讀高職時，和讀五專的老公聯誼，姻緣線從此把們牽在一起，認定彼此是今生廝守的那個人。她等他退伍，成了他的新娘，婚後一兒一女相繼問世，夫妻倆聯手創立男裝公司，就像童話故事， 一家四口從此過著幸福快樂的生活。他愛孩子，堅持給他們最好的，讓他們念昂貴的私立小學，由於校車只到山下，距離他們位半山腰的家還要走一段山路， 平時都由他跟太太輪流開車接送兒女；寒暑假，會安排兒女到國外遊學，他暗自打算，大兒子若對服裝有興趣， 將來要送到義大利留學，繼承家業。他不像一般商人，下班後幾乎從不喝酒應酬，都把時間留給家人，假日常陪孩子看電影，超愛史瑞克的女兒尤其黏他， 一回到家，就像無尾熊般跳到爸爸身上，史瑞克前兩集一上映，就吵著要爸爸帶她去看。在她心中，高壯的爸爸就像史瑞克一樣可愛，說要爸爸抱她到一百歲。這完美的一切，都因無情的癌症被打碎了。醫生說，他的癌細胞太大了，化療無用，無法換肝，只能等死。他捨不得拋下嬌妻幼子，不肯向死神束手投降，夫妻到對岸展開換肝之旅，從上海、天津到廣州，終於如願換肝。無奈癌細胞不放過他，兩個月後又轉移到骨頭、脊髓，再從肺臟一路蔓延到大腦，到最後已無法行動、言語， 一天平均要劇烈嘔吐廿多次，只能打嗎啡止痛，靠打點滴維生。戰到最後一兵一卒，去年端午節他決定轉到台北榮總安寧病房，打算有尊嚴地離開。女兒有次到麥當勞吃速食，附贈一個史瑞克玩偶，回病房告訴爸爸，她想看史瑞克三，他記在心裡，偷偷詢問主治大夫，他能否離開安寧病房陪兒女看最後一場電影。醫生告訴他，依其身體狀況，頂多只能離開醫院四、五十分鐘，但為了完成他的心願，醫生每天為他安排特訓，讓他試著將瘦到 四十公斤不到的孱弱身軀，從平躺的病床移至輪椅，第一天五分鐘、第二天十分鐘、第三天廿分鐘...眾人努力讓他能陪兒女看完一個半小時的史瑞克三。堅韌的愛，讓他辦到了。他不想麻煩親友，臥病在床這兩年，偷偷躲起來和死神搏鬥，直到生命最後階段，他才通知親友，希望見最後一面，感謝今生有緣相識。那一天，中午十二點不到，大家接到他的簡訊，紛紛趕到戲院，醫院更是做好萬全準備，由醫生、護士用擔架把他抬進戲院，架上點滴，蓋好棉被。他勉強睜開雙眼，雖然說不出話，但看到親友、妻兒都在身邊，他很激動，淚水一直在眼眶打轉；電影還沒開演，很多親友早已哭紅雙眼。史瑞克上演以來，這絕對是笑聲最少的一場。黑暗中，擔心的親友，眼光不時移向他。其間他多次嘔吐，醫生趕緊打開手電筒幫他加藥，他的生命，如燈光閃爍飄搖，大家很難專心觀影，生怕他就此斷氣。電影結束時，史瑞克的老婆費歐娜生了三個小妖怪，又是一段新生命的開始。但一落幕，看到奄奄一息的癌末爸爸，大家又不禁鼻酸落淚，上前為他們一家四口打氣加油，小女兒已泣不成聲。螢幕上的史瑞克，若看得見台下這家人，可能也會掉淚...。我從未像這一天，那麼痛恨當記者！因為我要強忍住淚水，向當事者問到更多故事，不能只是默默哀傷。這是多麼殘忍的行業。我也從未像這一天，覺得當記者，是如此幸福！因為我有幸目睹至性至情的人生悲劇，能靠著我的筆，感動世人，喚起大家心中的愛。隨行年輕的攝影記者，應該也是天人交戰，但他有義務拍好這動人的一幕，昭告世人，珍重健康，好好愛惜身邊的人。我不想破壞現場氣氛，只用數位相機，隨著攝影拍了幾張照片，並未打擾這家人。 直到散場，我才趕到榮總，取得體諒，專訪癌末爸爸的另一半，聽她娓訴說一切。「剛開始，女兒經常躲在棉被哭，問我怎麼辦，以後就要沒爸爸了。我告訴她，我也同樣快失去老公了， 沒關係，還有媽媽在，以後我會陪妳躲在棉被裡哭。女兒於是漸漸釋懷，找到堅強活下去的力量。」聽到這段話，我終於忍不住陪著她掉淚。看著昔日合照健壯的丈夫，如今皮包骨，她心疼不已，告訴兒子「別人的蠟燭可以燒十二小時，爸爸卻只燒六小時，是因為他燒太快、太亮了！你將來一定要獨立，像爸爸一樣，每天都過得很充實、負責，這才是生命。」傍晚，搭捷運回去，到寫稿，我眼淚一直流個不停。隔天，他的照片登上頭版，感動了很多人；至今想起當天情景，我還是很想掉淚。一周後，他安然離去，臨終前一再對老婆說「對不起」，並引用電視上一對夫妻在雨天共乘遊覽車出遊的保險廣告：「如果可以，我也寧願與妳白頭偕老，然後讓妳先走，悲傷由我來背，無奈...。」史瑞克三DVD上架有一陣子了，每次到出租店，我都猶豫要不要租回家。去年暑假，在電影院看過史瑞克三，但完全不記得情節，連可愛的小史瑞克長什麼樣，都沒印象了。因為戲外的人生，比戲內動人；戲內上演喜劇，戲外卻是悲劇，但這悲劇，卻又蘊藏無比生命力。「他是天上的月亮，同時照亮了我們每一盆生命之水！」那天電影開場前，主治醫師致詞說的話，我永遠記得。

Early morning i was wake up on 530am went to kwang hwa school for St.John Area Competition be a committee during the event.So sad i went to this event because need to partner with the Guys ~ i Paling benci wan ...when the event start i like the 'K lefei' nothing to do .nabei he tot me bo liao wan ..he dont make me angry i sure kill him want but that time i just simply do my jod don't care anymore .hehe..so at the time i just jalan jalan cari makan lo haha..he want to be a superman let him dolo.. lagi senang rite aroud 4++ they was closing ceremony for the event i we all are gather at there waiting result see who are the champion ,mana tau all the officer so jiao wan a lot of speech to say .Few min ago ...the times is coming ...first category is for nursing cadet,2nd is amulance cadet ,3rd is adult nursing ,4th is ambulance adult ,i think kwang hwa members sudah Jadi area champion lo~haha...but i need the say bullshit to one of cadet nursing team,i no know how the judges going to give marks for this group members ...haha!!!Conguration to Kwang hwa members ,Vad ambulance adult and Staj cadet nursing team ..for those have lost the competition don't give up try again next year .

haiz talking bout exam i already 1 yr ++ tak exam liao ,today i was went to st.joHn office having a exam hehe,because they no return my money for me so i need to go for exam lo, kanasai !!!how long i dint study for first aid liao ,during exam apa pun tak tau haha,buat malu saja lo~but i already pass the exam haha..dnt jealous ok~so i to attend the advance first course on next month le wowowow !!!Kanjiung kah...2 days 1 night lei ..

Hohoho.....i just went Langkawi on last week fm 20/2/2009~22/2/2009.

Mari Mari i tell you all my story during langkawi .....atcualy i go ther only me and my best friend Wee Peng ,we went on thursday night by bus .Thursday night Wee Peng was come my house to fetch me going to bus station on that day .We depart on 11pm~~but scared abit la because always got ghost story at during the bus ...yeeeee~
1st day
before we arrive the Kuala Perlis Bus Station around 6am++lo..When we arrive the bus station i tot we already sesak at ther ,because i can't saw any Jetty on that side .mana tau Kita Ikut the ah mo kao jalan already sampai ther .Pensiasui kan malaysian.Then we rest at jetty a while because our ticket is 7am ..after the gate open then we direct run to ferry ..wahaha..mau cari tempat cantik duduk mah apalah...after 1 hrs we sudah sampai langkawi Jetty ..after sampai ther i feel HappY~~you know why ,Because i sudah SamPai langKAWI ~~wahaha...after that we got to rent car ..we rent PROTON WIRA ...first time i drive haha...first we going find the petrol station at pertonas Langkawi.after that we pergi jalan jalan Cari makan ,mana tau belum jalan sudah sesak tepi jalan.Haiz ~so sad,..because of Mr.Wong Wee Peng know no how to see the Map of langkawi,then i just follow the sign board back to the Kuah town having our breakfast .When we tengah makan ,suddenly have few Thai Sami collect donation ..i terkejut,saw alot people donate food and money to them,Of cause i pun ada derma ok haha.afther breakfast we start our journey trip ,Profissional Driver sure is me lah asst is Wee peng..hehe,our 1st station is going to langkawi under water world ,actually inside the water world nothing to see also there just some special on the penguin part.1hrs++ liao, before we leave the under water world i went to the food court buy a 100plus you know how much 1 botol rm3 kanasai so expensive !!!Then we continue a trip to our next station ,is Langkawi Caber Car you went the Caber Car you can saw the nice view wHole langkawi lei..we stop at there around 1hrs ++ also lo..i tell you all something only you and me know ok don't tell others people when we went to the caber car rite wee peng hor ~scare High wor...haha..apalah dia caber car also scare.After we going to water fall of Langkawi.No need to paid any entrance ticket but need to pay packing rm2,when the time we walking to the water fall there start feeling tired because that is very hot and hungry lei...mana tau tiba-tiba got 3 BiKIni gals lai liao wowowowow...our energy was become full after they saw both of us already wear back a shirt ..kanasai !!!we rest at the water fall few hours ,what we doing there is cuci kaki ,take photo,tengok ah mui lo..haha~~but surprise is at the water fall side also can saw bikini heilan..i think that gals cant tahan wan buka baju liao ..hohoho..around 2pm we move to our resort MALIBEST rm120 pernight .Acuity very expensive but after we walk in ,we will Say very cheap ...you know why ?When we walk to our resort NA BEI our depan all is BIKINI lei...make us ki siao ...wakaka,after we check in liao just change shortpaint straight going to beach liao ..cant wait any more ..because wee peng he cant tahan push me go out to see bikini ~~around 4pm the hamsap guys was going to sleep ed ..then me was continue to sit at outside resort to kap lui hehe~~few hours ago teng teng teng ~~got three angel was walk infunt me say HI~ to me ..wowowowo make me high blood pressure ..haha..after they check in change their clothes wear Bikini going to swimming I know no why I tiba-tiba follow them going to swimming Opss~Dinner time ,we went to the YE LING Seafood restaurant having our first dinner at there ,that is free want because Hong Fai spend us.After dinner went to mini market buy a Vokha drinks hehe.Around 11++ sudah tidur liao.

2nd days
Continue to our second days ,early morning i was wake up going to beach jalan -jalan ,alot people was jogging on there then I was staying on there see how the fisher tangkap ikan ,around 8++ i walk out together finding our breakfast went to TOMATO mamak store having our breakfast ,we eat Roti telur satu,Milo ais satu and Maggie goreng ..i have alot comment for this mamak store because their food no nice and service bad .after eating we went back to resort ready to Island Hopping ,mana tau both of us lao sai after having the breakfast,so we lao fast fast lo hehe~~around the 9++ the person was call us going to under water world gather,then then 930 we start going to Island Hopping ,1st island we going to Pulau Dayang Bunting ,2nd Island Pulau Singa ,3rd Island Pulau Beras Basah .around 12++ we was went back resort take a bathe and rest because very tired lo,when we want out for lunch we saw a gal .........tak pakai bra at the beach .walao impossible first time i saw that ,i think you no believe when i talking about this lo~~that is really ..cant take photo if i take i sure die haha...So we when to Kuah town having our lunch ,after lunch we start shopping and buy alot alot chocolate until pokai .Then we continue my plan to Birdpark Langkawi ,from kuah town to there around 30min quite far ..when enter there can saw alot bird and Asia animal ,i no expect my best friend was scared the animal inside ...haiz ~ we visit the bird park around 1hrs ++lo,after that we going Pasir hitam actualy nothing to see at ther lah...few hrs ago we going to be Mission impossible ,hehe because we going to langkawi Gunung Raya drift car lah..joke only la masuk longkan adalah .Hahah..so we going back to around 6++ lo,when we arrive there saw two Chinese gals was wear bigini we cant tahan again tiba-tiba going swimming again ..hahaha..crazy liao .We having our dinner on 8++ same as yesterday we going want lo ~~at night we nothing to do due raining lo ~~around 10 something i already sleep liao lo ..hehe too early hor .Wasted my last night T.T...


3rd days
Early morning we already wake up ready to check out than ,around 7++ we already check out and leave there so sad ~~because cant see Bikini anymore ..haiz~Around 8++ we arrived Kuah Jetty having our breakfast and waiting Ferry ,10++ we arrived Kuala Perlis Jetty ,mana tau the guys told me 'no more bus going to klang anymore have to wait until tonight ' ,Wakao when i heard what that say i worry we can't go back ,Kanasai.Then we are no choice just follow what they just follow the bus to pudut station at KL ,Transfer to klang bus .Arriving klang around 9++ quiet tired and hungry ,because early morning we just eat a roti telur and maggie goreng nia lei .later on my brother was come fetch me ..haha..my story was the end until here so if you want go langkawi can get information with me on 25/12 ~27/12 have a trip to there around rm 350 ..if you interest to join call me la

The coast of perak State, lies a cluster of fabulous islands with unquestionably some of the best coves and beaches on the western coast of peninsular Malaysia. The cluster of islands we refer to as Pulau Pangkor is made up of one major mountainous island with 3 smaller uninhabited islands. Among them two islands predominate in the terms of accessibility, infrastructure and development, the largest island Pulau PANGKOR and the smaller known as Pangkor Laut. It has a population of over 20,000. Pulau Pangkor is a mountainous island with a all weather paved ring road circumventing the Island. This Ring Road is 25 kilometers long, a heaven for mountain bikers though certain stretches are made precarious by on-coming traffic. The highest "peak" on the island is 800 feet. There is a mountain trail from Pasir Bogak beach to the Sungei Pinang Town. Pulau Pangkor welcomes visitors with its serene, golden beaches, crystalline blue water and cool, refreshing breezes. Located about 9Okm south-west of lpoh, it is largely inhabited by fisherfolk. They live in scattered fishing settlements along the coast especially on the eastern side, facing the town of Lumut and Teluk Batik, and their catch comprises mainly cuttle-fish and anchovy. The Pangkor island is famous for its 'ikan bilis' (anchovies) and squids. The real attraction here however are the enchanting beaches on the western coastline Pantai Puteri Dewi , Teluk Belanga, Teluk Nipah, and Teluk Cempedak are marvellous for swimming or just basking in the sun, in complete privacy admist tranqull surroundings.With its serene golden beaches, crystalline green water, vibrant tropical forests and cool refreshing breezes, Pangkor Island (Pulau Pangkor) remains a haven for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It comes as no surprise that Pangkor Island (Pulau Pangkor) has for centuries been a welcome stopover for voyagers, pirates, and adventurers throughout history. love out-doorsy activities and nature? well, you might wanna try out skytrex in Bukit Cerakah, Shah Alam.
what exactly is skytrex anyway? according to the mastermind behind it, it’s “jungle trekking up in the air”. i had the opportunity to try it out a few weeks back, and i gotta say it was an extremely great experience.
the “trek” is set up 3m to 17 meters high in the jungle, hence it requires a lot of guts and strength, both mental and physical. definitely not for the faint-hearted and lembiks. i definitely had a lot of fun “jumping” from tree to tree. for a second, it felt like in the movie set of george of the jungle. hehehe.
the path for the skytrex includes “flying” from one tree to another with flying fox and also “tarzan-ing”, crossing mediocre, netted and zigzag bridges and climbing over big net, all at 3m to 17 meters in the air. the “obstacles” ranges from easy, medium, difficult to very difficult. for those who are afraid/not gutsy enough/just plain tired, can skip those difficult ones using chicken exit. yeah for “chickens” only. hahaha. the whole trek takes averagely 2 hrs to complete.
i’m proud to say i had successfully went thru all of ‘em without using any chicken exits in 1.5hrs . *self-pat on the back *. but i am more proud of those who are literally afraid of heights (yeah it was slightly easier for yours truly since i’m not really afraid of heights), yet managed to overcome their fears and finished up the whole thing.
fear is good. it makes u become a better person. but dont let it cripple you
