人生做人原则~

心境。我们要做好社会的环保，也要做好内心的环保。丢掉烦恼的垃圾，培养清净的智慧。要用心，不要操心、烦心。犯错生出歉悔心，才能清净无烦恼。“心美”看什么都顺眼。对人要宽心，说话要细心。时时好心就是时时好日。

Bukit Tinggi Pahang ~

WooHoo ,一天一天这样的就过去了！我又要自恋了哈哈~猜猜看我昨天从哪里回来呢？不知道叻，我刚从Bukit Tinggi, Pahang 那里回来，我们算是去那里休闲也顺便松松自己的压力和心情咯。这次出发人物也是云顶那几位但这次多了一位pilot和一位Manezer ~可笑吧哈哈，我星期六差不多六点半就起床了准备我的东西啊冲凉咯还有等我们那位够欠蹁的司机，八点多我们到Bayu 的飞机肉骨茶吃了过后我们就出发了，在车上我已然被人发现我不会玩‘托蒂’真是丢脸~T.T……差不多一小时的车程我就到了我们的住宿一下了车看到泳池还听到山水的声简直是让我尖叫不得！哈哈~我们搬完了东西上去后就开始从那里出发到Colmar Tropicale , BerJaya Hills 那里就是所为的法国村和日本村了。一个人头是十二块，其实那边没什么好玩的
只是走花看草~哈哈有几条鬼在呱呱叫说没力走了啦，年轻人走那么几步就这么累真是烂到没得讲。
午餐时间去我们那里附近吃，只是随便吃一餐咯回到去个个都急着换衣要跳水真是Betahan ~
换了衣我们去了附近的山水玩先咯还蛮爽的，玩了一下我们就去了泳池我们全部真是够High le
差不多晚餐时间下了毛毛雨真是够悲哀因为我们不用BBQ了，没办法咯等到九点多那样大家都饿了不能在等了最后大家只好冒着雨搬材料下去准备晚餐还好大家能够配合。回来后大家都好像要死要死的样子了~哈哈。因为我们还要跟惠玲庆祝生日所以大家还要等她冲凉咯~我们还趁机打几场麻将哈哈，到要睡觉的时间我们这几条鬼又疯狂了，优其是那个嘉琪乱乱来！一直在那边滚来滚去真想一脚把她踢下泳池哈哈~第二天我第一个起来看到全部躺着好像死尸那样我就搬到房间去睡哈哈他们还以为我不见了哈哈，过后还是被他们吵醒了我就起来刷牙煮早餐给他们吃好像在做爸爸的感觉他妈的~
差不两点多我就收拾回家咯，我们就去附近那里吃最丰富的午餐给你猜看多少钱？才一百多块吧了好便宜呐，在那吃完后我们就讨论下一站要去那里玩然后就依依不舍的这样回去了~

Singapore Trip

哇，终于从新加玻回来了那边真的好爽好爽真想去多一次因为我还玩不够！真讨人厌哦
先说说我在那边的过程吧，其实我是去那边的新马圣约翰生活营的，但我的目的是要去
新加玻不是什么生活营哈哈，是趁机会去的，又便宜好吃好住有哪个笨的不要去哈哈
我要开始说我的第一天了，当天我四点就起床了他妈的第一次搭飞机要那么早起一直已来
都没那么早的，好可怜哦。我冲好凉后自己驾车到总部那集合等其他人咯，我们五点从
总部出发到机场大概六点多那样咯.过后我去check in然后在机场的old town吃一下咯他妈的
服务够烂咯幸好有我们的老板请客哈哈，大概八点那样我们就开始上了飞机了，在进飞机
的门口那一时刻让我时失望的一件事是他们的空姐可以做我阿嘛了啦，他妈的那么老了还
不退休还差过airasia 的空姐呢！没办法啦一分钱一分货。就这样做了那短短的四十分钟的飞机
就到了新加玻了原来还是我们的LCCT 赢他们一点点哈哈，过后我们营里的老爷来接载我们去
营地了，在一路上我可以正名说新加玻人“赞”掉他们的驾车不超数，路上没垃圾，全部都驾靓车，
还有个种个样的高楼大厦，看了简直想马上以移民到那哈哈，还有的我看新加玻摩天轮了好大呐！
但是他们说要在黄昏的时候上去是最美的因为一半是暗的一半是亮的哇~你想像一下是多么漂凉的
可惜我没上到因为跟本没时间让我去到那边只是经过，过后我们就到了我们hotel 但我们没的近房咯一直傻傻
的坐着那边等咯，到了下午终于有的出去走了只是普通散步吧了啦但好多风景看呐我们住那里都是
历史军地，我们的对面就圣淘沙了当时好像跳下大海游泳过去哈哈。晚上就没什么节目了，只是玩些
游戏咯好无聊一下，过后呆在房间我们这四条鬼在玩疯狂游戏哈哈。
第二天早上超无聊的带我们做那死人早操还要听那些讲师说费话，我的朋友睡掉了还说梦话他说我钓到一只好大的鱼哈哈。
午餐后我就进行了第二个行程，那是叫GREEN WALK我反而把这个当成 HOT WALK他妈的太阳那么热叫我走三公里
的路去想受大自然间直是神经病。走完后我们还好有两小时的时间我的队长问我们要去vivo city 还是要Sentosa Island
我们当然是说要去Sentosa啦哈哈，过后我们就去了Vivo 里面搭快铁直往Sentosa只需要那么的五分钟花三块新币
就能到了，终于到达了目地的我超开心的好多东西看,吃的，玩的，看的，爽的通通都有哇靠真的
让我疯狂了！！我们在那边买了那里Popcorn超好吃的还是 cappochino的味道呐，过后我们就去了Univesal外面
拍了照片留念一下咯给自己爽一下咯没的进是这样的咯一张票要120块新币超贵的叻~然后我就进去赌场看看
也是我人身第一次呐好像长大了哈哈，晚上就回到了营地分享照片唱唱歌简直是在开演唱会叻过会我们都
累了就没去那里回到房间玩耍一下就睡了
第三天就没什么了咯就打包准备回家咯，早上时是Closing Ceremony过后大家一直来跟我们拍照好像舍不得我们那样
哈哈，过后一些都回到七七八八了那边的老爷就载我们去他们的总部超大间而且是三层楼叻我们有一间就好了等久一点咯
放了我们的行礼在那边老爷就载我们去走走因为我们还有很多时间嘻嘻，第一站我们去了观音庙拜拜，
第二站我们去了新加玻牛车水哈哈但是那边没什么东西看只是多东西买而且在那买了好多手信
顺便在那吃我们的晚餐喝花生汤这样咯，然后就去了另条街叫Bugis当初我不知道以为叫PukiPuki
哈哈真是让人家大笑，那边好多美食和美女哈哈真是人间天堂，差不多五点多老爷就载我们去机场好像
有点依依不舍的感觉啦。我们在机场还是不放过尽情的扫货我买了一瓶香水大概新币七十多好便宜，
八点就上了飞机做一些白痴的东西哈哈~差不多十点多就到了马来西亚机场咯，然就回家了。
新加玻之旅行完毕~

最近~

呵呵，好久没回来老家看看了。因为我都懒惰的打那么多东西，哈哈！超懒的我终于回来了…在blog的人都是写心事的，那我也要开始了~哈哈，这几个月都没什么特别事啦只是忙了一点，忙的都是st.john 的东西咯那个AAA training 终于圆满完成了！这次我都很少去玩了，刚好上两个礼拜约了一些疯狂上了云顶做了些疯狂任务，让我来介绍这几位牌人以及我们的在那做了些什么，名人有我本人Dominic (自恋狂人) , CrazyLover (360度狂人),Kiyosaki (摩天轮奸叫狂人)，Sabrina , ( 云顶的初夜狂人)，Chuey San(迷信狂人) ,Hui Ling(爱睡的狂人) , PCC(爱吃鸡饭的狂人)，哈哈全部都好狂了…..那我来开始讲讲我们的行程了，当天早上我们都去了san 家集合然后她家人在我们去附近的火车站准备出发，然后我们到了KL sentral 吃下早餐然后就去上巴士了，在巴士上大家都是一对一对的坐一起我就要跟他们的行李坐真是没道理，但也不能怪啦我们刚好七个人，还好嘉琪有陪我聊一下。不久后就到了云顶缆车站他妈的超多人在排队但没办法也要排咯。过后上了缆车我们吓到了婉君她跟本就哭笑不得，坐着完全不敢动的直到上面下车好好笑的。过后我们就赶着去check in 我们的hotel是在theme park 的，给一位路痴的hui ling 带去荷兰因为她带我们走的路是超远的。到最后我们进了房间后就休息一下拍拍照还有好多搞笑的事发生，三点多这样我去就去theme park 开始玩了，第一个任务就是Spinner ，然后我就挑战茶杯我跟松安是一队志忠和惠玲是一队的，开始我们转的好快，但是那两个王八蛋都没转到挑战失败哈哈~然后我们就去走走看看去了下一关那就是Rolling Thunder Mine Train，那知道自己喊太都多下车后全身一要嘛臂。过不久大家都饿了我就进去里面吃下我们的午餐，我们呆在那满久的吃完后我们就在室内走走看看，让我们看见一只黑鬼在屋顶跳舞，但是人家扮的啦哈哈别吓到~大概六点多那样我们有出去了开始我们的任务，那就是海岛船当时真的好冷一下，但我们一只在那帮人家搞气氛哈哈好好玩。然后我们就去玩那个Cyclone，这个比较没安全感因为我觉得咯嘻嘻，然后我去摩天轮好多搞笑事情发生我们的松安一直在上面唱高音哈哈~反而我坐我隔壁的一直想逃出去哈哈~过后我们就去玩赛车讲到这我就气了排的那么就拿到的那辆车更本就不能跑的是比乌龟还慢那种！过后我们就去了最后一关那就是Roller Coaster可以说我去了云顶那么就是我第一次玩这个因为我更本就不上都是被逼上去的，但我觉得我还瞒勇敢的哈哈~因为我是上两次呐！真是让我们玩我够本，从下午玩到晚上大概十点多那样我们就吃一下晚餐在KFC GENTING ,哈哈~但我看到一对情侣真让我pek cek因为他们是gay的，一在那边摸来摸去~yeee…..然后我们就去室内打机差不多都要被我们打爆了哈哈，嗯~十二点多就回房冲凉睡觉了。第二天每什么特别我十点多就check out了，我们去吃龟苓糕在吃的时候每个人什么样子都出到完哈哈~原来一些都怕吃的！十二点多我们就出发从那里回来咯~到家差不多都四点多了好累的就躺在床上睡一觉。云顶的行程大概是这样啦…接下来就是上礼拜的节目咯，拜五就出去溜浪到凌晨才回来拜六的上班的时候都一直要掉鱼哈哈~好才老板不在，过后就去st.john hq帮忙cadet exam咯，晚上就跟老家庭去喝茶还蛮早回的，半夜十二点开夜车在读书都是为了 AFA 的考试，昨天礼拜也是去了那边帮了cadet exam 忙了一整天好累好累的好像死而活来那样~哈哈

接下来我还会去好多地方会在这告诉你们

Yoyoyoyoyo.....i’m back , wah ...my blog a lot of spider man here ,haha!! Sudah lama tak update my blog , because i quite busy and lazy since from Chinese new year until now, sibeh sibeh tired !!! Everyday keep working , st.john activity and hang out with friend ..my schedule damn full o...Monday until Friday busy for working , At night sometimes going gym and hang out with my friends ...Saturday and Sunday busy for St.John ..Nabei i look like superman lei ..i really feel tired , can i have a rest ? Somemore start from 1st week of March until April every Sunday i have to attend AAA train members ..a hell training , every members scare me jor ? I not think so , i wan make myself become more confident and more energy .Going to fight my future ,my dream and everything !!!

Few Months Ago ~

Woohoo....long time din’t update my blog liao ,because i’m lazy !!heHe , this few months have pass a lot of sweet memory & sad memory ....but no need to tell you all , i think all of my friends should be know already ..haha..during June’09 what i’m doing actually ,emmm...some i forget , i was relationship with someone but now as the friends only .. that is good memory for me ?? i think so ~...Nothing special in July-November ..hehe, December i went Langkawi with my friends during Christmas eve , this trip quite fun & very enjoy it . Time is pass very fastttttt..siao lo my birthday so fast pass liao 5th January lol...a lot surprise i Getting from this birthday , all my friends say me'Tai Ko Zhai lo'~ hehe...but i still young la .. 21 yrs old only , but i can go Genting Casino liao ...so fast until end of January , i went to brogal Hill with my St.john since 31/01/2010 last day of January 2010. Quite enjoy & tired ..becuase i was long time did climb hill .. that’s why all my friends call me Fatty ,no want call me Pretty !!! Sad Case ...lolx ...nevermind i will do it my best to keep fit , keep fit , keep fit until fit fit , then every one will call me ‘ Yen tao ei ‘ long time no see ...hehe ..think too much liao ..So fast February already left 11days is Chinese New Year , this year nothing special NO BONUS & NO ANG PAO ..but i will no sad ,i understand my boss & company ..Chinese New Year nothing special for me , no surprise ,no enjoy , just went to Thailand enjoy ..hehe..Wish everyone Happy Chinese New Year & Happy Valentine . My life make me so tired ~why ppl got so many diff life ,why some ppl can drive BMW,Benz .Why some only can drive Malaysia popular car Wira ,Kancil ,Myvi ????Is it they whan't save money or goverment problem.Tell me why ?????????????? I want earn more money ,to stay banglo drive BMW ,is it this is my dream .Start form now i need to hardworking ,do my work until die ...but very pek cek work on this company ,very disappointed !!!Now always late paid salary ,wan't me do like stupid cow salary late paid,halo boss today 2/9/2009 liao lei...when u want bayar gaji ...i eat glass every day ,can u kesian me a,i know u have a lot off money but please la take care us mah ,kanineh %$#$^%$!!!

Wow...my blog xi koh liao ~long time didn't update my blog ,miss my bikini girl friend ..haha..don't jealous ya.
Haha ...haiz,this few a lot problem happening,the main things is finally i already get my angel ..wahaha...i no need stay in hell anymore ,i hate DEVIL ...!!! PipopiPopiPo~~~~~~Haha,i went to st.john hq on yesterday for the formation of ERU,this event quiet specially for me.Yesterday I reach HQ around 7++ because they all say wan breakfast lo ..then i reach there early mana tau malaysian people always late wan't..biasa la itu ,we having breakfast at beside hq LOtus restoran,Choong Vern,Kee Lyn,Swee Wai See ting,Hee Hian,Pck,Li Hong we all makan sama-sama sarapan nya!!!then we having the breakfast 1hrs++ because the event havent start we no want back to hq ,if not we sure kena jadi kuli of st.john again...haha!!Few hours havent ago pn.chwa was chasing us back to hq to help out,then we only back to there...go there also nothing to do then we just lepak there,see leng lui and take photo lo..hehe!!!!!Then we also have a raptai a while ,nabei during footdrill really want die is too Hotttttttt..really stupid ask me kawat during 9++ very hot u know ,We start the ceremony at 10.30am ,is very very hot lei~~finally untill 11someting YB Rooney Liu and Dato Low is coming ~thanks god ...why you no wan come early ,you know i macam kena Bakar sampai Babi liao ,when you come don't talk so much speech la ,pay money liao go back mah ...talk until my kaki sudah mau patah lei,haiz~but i also need to thanks for you to say us as the angel,because we safe life for public..haha ~WE ARE THE ANGEL !!!Please respect me start form today becuase i'm the Angel to save you hehehe....joking la ..jgn macam ni lah.after finish speech they was start the opening ceremony,then i'm sitting inside ambulance go round the highway with Azmi ...after the event i having a lunch with see ting,chin yong,swee wai,hee hian ,kee lyn ,li hong and chong vern at fruity cake house . I reach house around 2++ then take a bath tidur liao..hehe...

haha...i just back form taman petanian yesterday ,biasa lah....always go there macam balik Kampung sendiri~hehe..i went there on last Saturday afternoon with sTaj punya budak -budak go there for Pre-Camp of Chinese Society Club their camp is on June School holiday..got Zhi weI,Hui Ling,Say LinG,Chee Chong,yeE Hong ,Cuey San,Zhi Ching another 3 guys i forget their name liao Sorry lo~...we arrive there 1pm ,enter there 2pm .Why you know because of the stupid customer service went to lunch,then we have no choice have to wait at outside until 2pm,during the free time few of them was start playing game ,then i just sitting there and having my lunch Mc Nugget ~thanks for Zhi Wei ta Pao for me .During 2 pm we have going to check -in to our A'Frame 2 star chalet haha...actualy after check-in is plan to Bukit Sapu Tangan mana tau sudah mau hujan,then cancel the plan they continue play the games sitting they and see them play.Around 5++ they was learning for dancing how to going to teach campus during camp,this program i was join them because i like dance ..hehe .Don't see fatty fatty cannot dance a when i dance you all will cry a ,no believe me can ask chee chong how i dance with him ..hahaha!!!After this program we went to bath and having our dinner .Let you guess what is out dinner ????Our dinner is Steamboat haha.can't imagine we makan steamboat inside the jungle lei...after dinner we start another program is Pillow talk haha ..we all sitting there chit chat some of them due to mental probelm talk some yellow tooth who are the person you all know la...wahaha...we talk and talk until 2.15am midnight because of Hui Ling can't sleep so i need to talk with her ,mana tau i'm talking with her ,she sleeping there that time i really wan kick her out haha..but i kesian dia ,she only sleep at beside me..but i told she are dangerous girl ..why ...when you sleeping she will scold n keep kick me ,haiz ~when i wake up early morning feel very pain on my back ...haha..joke only so serious mei !!!!!Early morning me ,zhi wei & hui ling leave there around 7something due to we have go for st.john hq ,so we depart form there to my house take a bath then only go hq,nabei go there really nothing to do for me ,better i sleep at shah alam and swimming then only come back lagi syok !!after we done everything at hq then i fetch zhi wei ,hui ling & joo loong went to Pand B Yo yo ice having my breakfast really hungry until die ~~~~after having Yo Yo ice fetch them back then balik tidur until 6++ ..
Quite fun on this trip...Hopefully they can make this succes.Good LUck----->

Sick

Finally...I'm sick on today ...nabei during work get sick,so sad.I can't concentrate during work ,haiz~keep HAAAh chiu HAAAh chiu at office today ...sien i don't like to work during sick because no mood to work ....Cham ~tommorow need to go kota kemuming ,know no can tahan or not because i already promise them so i can't let them disappoint

Camp is end ,i know some of your is miss me and friends but don't feel sad ...i was organize a small gathering on 4/4/2009 at pulau ketam ,we will staying there 2 days 1 night ,who want to join please let me know as soon as possible ...

don't think pulau ketam as the palia place when you go there sure have a lot memory come back ,that is really !!!!

WelL Done ~thaNks to my deaR committee,trainers ,officer ,YB,reporter,members,parents,i need to thanks a lot people at here because i saw behind me alot people support me as well ,finally ATC was ending i can say bye bye liao haha~i'm free now,now i want to talk at here the story durng ATC 2009 ,nabei alot of story to tell you all,i went there on wednesday night jun hao cm n fetch me around 8 something ,when we reach there just saw Song An,Zhi wei ,Hui ling,,Chee ChonG ~others want sudah keluar makan they all bo liong sim wan ,i also belum makan mah why no wan wait me ,i hungry u know ~T.T....after that we already start plan work for coming ATC,Tn.Chong and Ju Keong are the first visitors in our campsite ...first we going to arrange all the class room for members,work and work until 11 somthing then we only start meeting ,during the meeting the celaka jun hao are first one tertidur want lo,he told me 'I very hungry liao',i also humgry mah,we end the meeting on 1 something .Afther that we continue prepare every things,next plan is me ,song an ,soh wee,jun hao,kuan long,chin hao went to toilet meeting due to we want to plan how members going to bath..hehe.after that we going to operation room do their own jod ,around 2++ i saw my committee still doing their jod prepare every things very teamwork,very freindly ,but only me sleep early,haha..but when they done every things already Jun Hao was asking me wan join them having supper then i just follow nia lo what to do very hungry liao ma,3 ++ still eating you see us got carzy or not ,the nasi lemak and milo ice quite full de,haha after eat i can't sleep anymore because very full ,later on i was bring my note and my Micky Mouse MP3 sitting at chat whit Sze chiet,May Kim,Jia Jun and Kah Loon also during chatting i was make them crazy because why you know ,Kerana i tak sabar-sabar tunggu sampai pukul 6am ..hehe!!!But we really talk until 5am no stop,no sleep,no tired .prefect ....time was going so fast ~5am already all committee are wake up early when that went to toilet also want to fight due to toilet no enough ..haha noisy de committee .
Is time to start our job now ....we don't registration things around 5.45am then security was going out buying the breakfast for us ,i no expect members will come so early start from 6am already got members coming for register ,registration end around 8 something lo ,because of others members coming late lo . But before start the event have few members kena punishment lo ...pity for them .ATC start on 830am then 1st program is introduce my committee ,then give them a briefing lo so,after that was start the footdrill ,trainer is footdrill team lo~on this 1st day they already make me angry make me bo song ,after that i can't tahan one of the footdrill trainer punish members until injures ,when i saw that happens i direct to call chin teik to help me protect members ,really pity for my members ,after that one of the 'tam chiak' officer come already that is Ms.Tan See ting ~when i saw her coming i very happy why you know because she can protect me and help me ,but first things she tell me .....soon hong do you provide breakfast for me i very hungry ???~then i mah told her sorry lo i just have bread only if you want more special de saja ada Roti Kosong ~haha,but she also finish la Kesian dia ~then during the free time me,heng chuan,see ting sitting on canteen at gossip,becuase i really nothing to do during that time my committee all pengsan already they sleeping on operation room because they all very tired,i and chun wei become 2 man show run here run there,lunch time is coming all members gather at canteen waiting for me eat together because members need to wish me first only can eat mah,they can't find me during that time due to camp commander tengah tidur haha....after that i need to start my work again , just half day only i feel tired d,i rasa i sudah tua liao wahaha !!!Is time to bath, when i gather members i told them is time to bath ,'KAMU SEMUA LETIH TAK' ,they was answer 'SGT'!!!then i told them'BARU HARI PERTAMA SUDAH CAKAP LETIH ,I LANSUNG TAK TIDUR PUN TAK RASA LETIH 'actually i very tired but i also want to make them confident mah,bo bian lo i kena tahan also ,then i told them your can go to bath now they feel very happy yeah~~when i say each person can bath 5min only,they become crazy liao ,i know they sure saying me crazy want where got people just bath 5mins finish ,but i also delay the time until 8pm at the night class is Dr.Wong come to teaching ,she also become alot fans during this camp ..thanks Dr.Wong ~after class Heng Chuan have plan some games for members because i saw them very tired already.second day morning i was wake up early due heng chuan was no around so i have to take care of them i feel tired ...but i also want to tahan ,becuase i want to take care of 175 members and committee,start on the second days moring already got members late wake up they no expect i will wake up so early,1st event is morning exercise those are coming late want they have to do exercise,i no punish still early ma,nothing special on 2nd day afternoon ,around 3 something Chin teik was coming already finally he come,2nd midnight we organized a special event for members that is EMERGENCY TRAINING ,we start the event around 2am i know all members are during dreaming ,haha...
all members though this is a serious want mana tau i terbocor the secret so sad ,but some of them still blur blur ..
but success to end this event..because of the oscar winner SZE ChiEt and HUi LinG...they cry like somethings lost ,make until me also want cry together ...haha.3rd days morning heng chuan are the Camp in-charge,so i can sleep late abit ,when i went to toilet i saw members footdrill i can't imaging 1st time i saw members kawat so nice.'GOOD JOD members your can do it '.then around afternoon is time for exam for first aid and foot drill .On the midnight i was no sleep because my members worry they can't pass thier CPR & Choking so i have do a revision for them lo,after done the revision we chit chat at there until 4 something only sleep ,around 5am i only sleep ,last morning i wake up late ,lucky May Kim come to wait me up i saw the time is 6.30am already i'm late that time really very blur ,i just wait up fast fast run out to visual for morning call ,then i saw why no respond want ,after that Kah Loon told me members alr gathers at canteen liao la ,then i feel shy~~~around 8am they was start the CPR exam and Choking ...i'm one pf examiner on CPR on that time ,actually i very sleepy during be the examiner ,at the end PCK come and replace me ,after that i go to change my uniform and prepare for closing ceremony overall ,time is going fast closing ceremony end already ,is time i say bersurai to every one ,when i sound "BERSURAI"i really wan cry out but just tahan until members go back then i just say bye bye see you all next i really miss all the members ~
